Order Refund policy
Our policy is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of purchase. We offer refunds for damaged or delayed shipments; however, you can also return the product for an exchange with another product of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately, if the period of 60 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't offer you an exchange.
Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- The product is defective.
- The product must be in original packaging.
- The product must be unused.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not process an exchange.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping items
To return an order, you must contact us first. Orders returned without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.

For Exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes to inspect it reasonably, we may reject an exchange.
